Nairobi to host ESG leaders at GreenShift Forum in October

TechTrends Media, in partnership with Ardena Consulting and Africa Business Communities, will host the GreenShift Forum 2026 in Nairobi on October 22, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, financiers and innovators working on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

The one-day summit comes as African businesses face growing pressure to align growth with climate resilience, responsible governance and inclusive finance.

The programme is structured around five tracks: ESG as Competitive Advantage, Renewable Energy Innovations, Green Finance and Carbon Markets, Public-Private Partnerships, and Circular Economy. Each will open with an expert presentation followed by a panel discussion, with a networking lunch closing the event.

The event has already secured Absa Bank Kenya, Family Bank Foundation, Bolt, Samsung Electronics East Africa and Maudhui House as confirmed partners, alongside co-organiser Ardena Consulting. Sponsorship slots remain open across Platinum, Gold and Community Partner tiers.

Nixon Kanali, Founder, at TechTrends Media, said the forum is designed to push sustainability commitments toward concrete business outcomes.

“This year’s tracks reflect the issues our audience across finance, energy and public policy are grappling with right now, and we’re bringing the right voices into the room to move those conversations forward,” he said.

Tickets are available here.
